Calum has had a few days out of the business this week after a busy season, but has still been putting the final touches to the 2016 diary, coaching as per normal this weekend and still fitting a few customers for the new PING and Titleist hardware. Legs, Bum & Tum!
Legs - This exercise is an essential exercise for working the lower body. Primary muscle groups being front of leg and bum Secondary muscle groups being back of leg, lower back and calves. Use the same body form shown in the pictures.
Bums - This exercise is a great posterior chain, shoulder and ab exercise. Primary muscle groups being, bum, back of legs, shoulders and lower back. Use the same body form shown in the pictures.
Tums - Isolating your waistline muscles, this exercise is great for firming those core muscles. Primary muscle groups: abs, and lower back. Secondary muscle group, hip flexors and quads. Use the same body form shown in the pictures.
Regression exercise - Same crunch action but with feet flat on the grown.
Progression exercise - Bring feet down lower as you bring your shoulders downwards.
