With Calum away de-rusting and wiping off the cobwebs in Spain this week, Steve, Alex and Sam have been in charge during this continuous cold and wet weather. But let's not worry as spring can only be around the corner.

A number of you have taken advantage of the FREE fitting that Calum offers with the GC2 launch monitor and the new 915 woods from Titleist. Others have booked up for our Titleist Club Fitting Day on Tuesday, 31 March - there are only three appointments left so if you are interested then contact the shop to book your place.

   

A few more of you have taken advantage of the new 2015 FootJoy shoes that are now in. What's coming in next? Well next week we have the new hardware from PING including the men's G30 range and the ladies' Rhapsody range, as well as new clothing from FootJoy. I hope that you are all ready for the season ahead.

BMWi Roadshow @ Vines of Gatwick and Vines of Redhill

At Vines group BMW we are lucky to be a selected 'i dealer' from our Guildford centre. Throughout the year we will be taking our i8 and i3 products to Vines of Gatwick and Redhill, so that everyone has a chance to take a look at the astounding cars. We would like to welcome you to Vines of Gatwick on the 10th of March or Vines of Redhill on the 11th March, to take a look for yourself.

Technogym Challenge - Let's move - Let's move for a better world is a worldwide campaign promoted by Technogym, dedicated to fitness facilities encouraging people to become more active in order to make a difference in their community. We have entered Cottesmore in this competition which begins on the 2nd March until 22nd March 2015. Let's move, whatever our reason: whether we want to feel good, age better, tone up, or lose weight. Join the challenge next month and let's get moving!

Gina's revitalise stretch & tone class has now been extended to an hour due to popular demand, there will be a slight time change bringing it forward to 11.05am-12.05pm in the barn room.

Red Nose Day is just around the corner and we are holding a 24 hour gym challenge to raise as much money as we can for charity. It involves members and staff putting in a 60 minute shift on the bike or treadmill from the hours of 12.00pm on the 13th March until 12.00pm on the 15th March. £5.00 to enter and any donations welcome. Book your time slot at the Health club; let's see if we can fill in all the hours.

Suggestion Box - Thank you to everyone who takes time to write messages in the health club suggestion/comments box. This helps us improve and gain valuable feedback. A number of people don't leave their name, which is absolutely fine but means we have no way of replying to you if we need to explain anything. A few people mention that there is no longer a baby changing table anymore. We now have a family changing room setup which is situated to the left before you enter the gym, I don't think everyone is aware of this and it does have the baby changing table in there. If anyone would like it in the main changing rooms this can easily be arranged on visit to the health club so feel free to come and mention it.
